We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of dispatch, providing the item is returned to us unworn and in its original condition, however, we are unable to offer refunds on any items purchased using a discount code or during a promotion or sale.

On any exchange the cost of return postage must be provided (£2 per item in the UK, £5 per item rest of world) - all exchanges and returns must be sent back with a note explaining the reason for return, a return shipping address, your size and any other necessary information. You must also include your packing slip.

To make sure you get the best service please EMAIL US beforehand so we can ensure your item of choice is in stock and will be processed correctly. Anything sent back to us without email notification will NOT be processed.

We reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges if we see fit. Black Sails can not be held responsible for any orders placed with the wrong postal address, nor can we be held responsible for your items whereabouts once we have posted it. We do not offer tracking numbers for international orders, but in some circumstances we can offer them to UK customers for a small additional charge.
